Roanoke County police have arrested a 45-year-old private karate instructor whom they say secretly taped a 16-year-old girl changing clothes in his bathroom.
Michael L. Lucado was charged with two felony counts of filming a non-consenting juvenile and is being held without bond in the Roanoke County / Salem Jail.
Police have not identified the alleged victim because she is a juvenile.
According to a search warrant filed Tuesday in Roanoke Circuit Court, a woman contacted the county police several days ago and told them her live-in fiance had an "extensive video collection that he keeps closely guarded."
The woman told police that her fiance is a karate instructor …
