BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - A 47-year-old Tri-Cities martial arts teacher and high school math teacher was officially charged with third-degree child molestation in Benton County Court Monday.
According to a probable cause document from the Benton County Prosecutor's office, 47-year-old Oscar Garnica, a math teacher at Kennewick High School since 2006, is accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl and carrying on an inappropriate relationship with her.
